Terms of Service

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You're responsible for activity under your account and any organization you own or moderate.

2. Tournaments & Organizations

Organizers using FRAG Platform are responsible for the rules, prize distribution, and conduct of their own tournaments. FRAG Platform provides the infrastructure; organizers are the tournament operators of record.

3. Payments

Entry fees and subscription payments are processed via Razorpay. Refund eligibility is set per-tournament by the organizer, except where required by law.

4. Fair Play

Cheating, duplicate registrations, and match manipulation are prohibited and may result in disqualification, account suspension, or a platform-wide ban.

5. AI-Assisted Features

Screenshot-based result parsing uses AI to draft readings for staff review. Organizers remain responsible for confirming final results before they're published.
