Privacy Policy

FRAG Platform ("we", "us") collects account information (email, username, display name), tournament participation data, and payment records necessary to operate tournaments and organizer accounts.

What we collect

Account details you provide at signup, in-game IDs and stats you add to your profile, team membership records, tournament registrations, and payment transaction metadata (we do not store raw card details — payments are processed by Razorpay).

How we use it

To run tournaments, display public profiles/leaderboards you opt into, send transactional notifications (registration confirmations, match results), and prevent fraud/duplicate registrations.

Third parties

We use Cloudinary (image hosting), Razorpay (payments), Resend (email), and Supabase (database hosting). Each processes data only as needed to provide their service to us.

Your rights

You can request account deletion or data export by contacting privacy@fragesports.in.
